Rooted in purpose

At 21 Roots Farm, adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) engage in hands-on agricultural experiences designed to build skills, confidence, and connection. Through meaningful work, supportive routines, and time in nature, we create opportunities for people to grow, belong, and thrive.

Meet our Farmers

The heart of 21 Roots Farm

At 21 Roots Farm, the individuals we serve are more than participants, they are our Farmers. Each day, they care for the land, tend crops, support animal care, and help prepare products that are shared with the community.

Through meaningful work and hands-on learning, our Farmers build skills, confidence, and a strong sense of purpose. Their dedication and pride are at the center of everything we grow.

21 Roots is proud to be part of the Care Farming Network

21 Roots Farm is part of the Care Farming Network, a national organization of farms that fosters meaningful support and raises awareness about the transformative power of care farming. Through shared resources, expertise, and community, the network helps farms start, grow, and expand their impact across the country.
